C12 Lead Site Mechanic

About the role

The Lead Site Mechanic will oversee all aspects of aircraft operation, maintenance, and support equipment for the C12 program in Cuba. This position is contingent upon award and includes responsibility for the CLS system covering maintenance, inspections, and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate aircraft maintenance, repairs, modifications, and inspections for King Air/1900 series aircraft.
• Manage contractor-owned parts, supply chain, and repair activities at FAA‑certified stations.
• Serve as the on‑site liaison with the Government and ensure compliance with security clearance requirements.

Required profile

• 5+ years aircraft maintenance experience, including 3+ years on King Air/1900 airliners.
• At least 1 year as a site lead on a similar effort.
• Current FAA A&P license and ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
